My number advice to my clients is,” Be sure to set priorities, what is the most important thing (what will you spend the most of your resources on) that you want at your wedding. What is the second most important thing and so on.” This will determine how we allocate the budget and gives us a better idea, how to assist the client in planning their wedding. Also, when selecting a venue make sure that you fully understand what is included in the price and what will cost you extra. Such as: Parking Fees, Outside (non-preferred) vendor fees, extra time, security, required insurance etc. These extra fees can quickly add up to a significant amount of money. An experienced wedding planner can help you navigate through the contract and make sure you know exactly what you are agreeing to.
